Refund & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our goal is to offer you a hassle-free shopping experience each and every time you shop with us.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made the exchange process incredibly easy for you.
Within 5 days of the delivery date, you have the option to exchange any products purchased from www.bannuonline.com
Simply notify us of your exchange intention within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at bannuwoollenmills.ltd@gmail.com or call +92 51 8317046.
The online exchange process on average takes 7-10 working days.
If a product meets the requirements, it can be exchanged
1)    Product is unused, and/or unwashed along with the proof of purchase.
2)    Your proof of purchase is either a receipt or the online order confirmation email. Both are acceptable.
3)    Our official website allows you to exchange any article purchased for either the same amount or a higher price. The customer has to pay the remaining balance.
However, your exchange request won't be processed if:
1)    The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame (within 5 days of delivery).
2)    The product has been damaged by use or tampering.
3)    If the invoice/ order information is missing.
4)    BWM doesn’t take responsibility for items purchased from third party. We will only accept products purchased through our official website i.e., www.bannuonline.com

REFUND POLICY:
Ideas does not offer a “cash refund”.
